Skibidi Toilets are the titular characters as well as the primary antagonists of this series. Skibidi Toilet refers to a species of creature with very absurd characteristics: their body is made of the regular white ceramic toilet, and their protruding "head" resembles that of a human, but with twisted expressions. They can bend and rotate their heads in any direction and stretch their heads anywhere with their long, fleshy necks. Despite not having any legs or wheels, Skibidi Toilets can slide around very quickly. Fittingly enough, their greatest weakness is the toilet handle—when pulled, the toilet will "flush" their heads down their own bowl and incapacitate them.
Nobody knows the origin of the Skibidi Toilet, but one thing is for certain: Their army is increasing at an unprecedented rate, possibly from infecting other humans. The Skibidi Toilets are always seen chanting the beginning of a song on loop. This song is a remix of "Give It To Me" by Timbaland and the sound effect "Skibidi Bop Yes Yes Yes" by the viral TikTok user named Yasin Cengiz. The larger the Skibidi Toilet, the deeper and more bellowing their voice becomes. Throughout the series, Skibidi Toilets have shown themselves to be nothing but hostile and ruthless, attacking anyone they deem a threat.
Skibidi Toilets come in different variants and appearances. One notable figure is the G-Man Skibidi Toilet, who leads the Skibidi Toilet army and is the big boss of the whole series. In addition, it is presumed that the infected humans’ past occupations also influence the appearance of the Skibidi Toilets. This is likely the case with the appearance of Police Skibidi Toilets and DJ Skibidi Toilets.
